Here is some research on this specific product. Thank you — this label actually tells us a LOT. I’ll be straight with you. 🚩 Biggest red flag first (this matters most): They do NOT list CFUs (colony forming units). They only list “Probiotic Blend – 60 mg.” 👉 Probiotics are measured in BILLIONS of CFU, not milligrams. Without CFU numbers: You have no idea how many live bacteria you’re getting Could be extremely low Could be mostly dead by the time you eat it This alone makes it not evidence-grade. Real clinical products always say something like: 10 Billion CFU per serving Yours does not. About the strains they list They do include good species: ✅ Lactobacillus rhamnosus ✅ Lactobacillus reuteri ✅ Lactobacillus acidophilus ✅ Lactobacillus fermentum BUT… They don’t list strain IDs (like GR-1, RC-14). That’s critical because: Different strains of the SAME species behave completely differently. So this is like saying: “I take dogs for protection” …but not specifying whether it’s a Chihuahua or German Shepherd. Clinical vaginal benefits require specific strains. Slippery Elm (Ulmus rubra) – 400 mg This is mainly used for: throat stomach lining digestion There is NO scientific evidence it improves vaginal health. This is marketing filler. XOS (prebiotic) – 100 mg This feeds gut bacteria — fine — but: ✔ tiny dose ✔ helps gut more than vagina Again, mild benefit at best. Added sweeteners Maltitol syrup = sugar alcohol. This can: cause bloating feed yeast in some women cause loose stools Not ideal if you’re trying to prevent vaginal issues. HONEST VERDICT (no sugarcoating): ❌ Under-dosed ❌ No CFU listed ❌ No strain IDs ❌ Gummy format (least effective delivery) ❌ Slippery elm is useless here ➜ This is a low-quality probiotic with pretty packaging. It will NOT reliably: balance vaginal pH prevent BV prevent yeast “freshen” anything You might get mild gut benefit — that’s it. If you already bought it: It’s safe. You can finish the jar if you want. Just don’t expect medical-level results. If your goal is REAL vaginal health support: Look for capsules (not gummies) with: ✔ CFU listed (minimum 5–10 billion) ✔ Strains: GR-1 + RC-14 or L. crispatus ✔ Third-party tested Read more

These are easy to chew and tastes good. Definitely does help, don’t expect results in a day. What works for some may not work for all. I wouldn’t say it help with “moisture” but over all probiotic factor works for me better than others than I have had before. “Sweet tasting” meh don’t believe the hype. Is it still very worth trying? Absolutely. It may work better for someone else. Read more
