loooove this product so much! my femometer has changed the game for me when it comes to tracking my cycle and other health data. it is very easy to use and is so accurate! typically, for biometric rings it is advised to wait at least 60 days after purchase for accurate female data, however, my femometer has been accurate since the very start! that impressed me right off the bat. it holds a charge for up to 4-5 days and then when you put it in the charging case it charges fully within a couple hours! i love how slim the ring is. it is very comfortable and most of the time i barely even notice that i’m wearing it. i love that there is no app subscription. i would 100% recommend this to any woman who wants to track their cycles or even just their sleep/health data. So far I absolutely do love the ring! I wear it on my middle finger and grounded the sizing was a little weird overly I'm satisfied with it. But yesterday, the skin of it I guess you can call it begin to peel off I had to use super glue what a dry a little and then put it back in place. Overall though everything is still working fine the charge life is all that great but yeah!. Sleep tracking is very insightful and I would say that it's the connectivity it can be slow at times but it works. Overall I want to say it's pretty accurate though I'm worried about the durability. If I could give a zero I would. I had this ring for a month literally and the outside ring cracked, I don’t do any heavy lifting or anything with it on. Then I went to take it off and the whole outer portion just came off leaving the inner portion of the ring still on my finger. It also doesn’t do anything unless you constantly sync it. So in order for it to even register your bbt you have to go into the app everyday every morning and the whole point in buying this was so that I wouldn’t have to go into an app and input this stuff. really love this health ring! It’s super comfortable and tracks so many things. My favorite feature is the body temperature tracking — it’s so much easier than taking my temperature every day manually. I also like that the app lets you track pretty much anything you can think of, from calories and moods to symptoms, sex days, and even cervical mucus. It gives a really complete picture of your health. Another thing that really impressed me was the customer service. They actually reached out to ask for feedback so they could improve the app and product, which made me feel like they genuinely care about their customers. Not great. You can’t wear this swimming or in the shower or even washing dishes. I think that’s crazy considering it’s so expensive. Definitely not worth the money. It doesn’t give a ton of info. I was trying to decide between this and the Whoop band and ended on this because it’s more feminine but after my husband got the Whoop watch I realize that his band gives WAY more info than this and its completely waterproof and can also charge while he’s wearing it. Way better deal! So pretty much this is an okay ring just definitely not close to worth the cost, so I will sadly be returning. I do appreciate how good it looks though! Read more

My first one died after a week or two. It wouldn’t charge or sync, and the ceramic cracked. I requested a replacement. After a brief delay (it was out of stock), the manufacturer sent me a new one. I quickly realized it was not very waterproof- I accidentally forgot to remove it while doing dishes. It had to spend some quality time drying in a bag of rice before it would charge again. The battery is supposed to last a few days. It lasts less than one day, so I can only wear it to bed and remove it during the day, much like a Tempdrop. So the activity tracking doesn’t really matter. The sleep data has trouble syncing with Apple Health. The sleep duration does, but Apple can’t interpret the sleep stage data. See photos.
