I love this new desk! It seems very solid, the lift mechanism works perfectly, plus I'm also a tall guy and even at the base height the desk is tall enough for me (I put the casters on vs. the feet, so it probably sits about 2" higher - and I love that it has both feet and locking casters, giving the choice!) The desk is very spacious and the drawer space is nice to have for organizing things out of sight. I do wish that the drawers were a bit more solid (versus the faux-leather fronted fabric drawers) but that's not a deal breaker by any means. Assembly of the desk was fairly straightforward, the parts were very well labeled and the illustrations were pretty clear. I started with the box for the lift base and then realized halfway through the instructions that it expected that I'd have the top of the desk assembled first, so I had to abandon that effort and go build the top of the desk before going back to finish the desk with the instructions that came with the bottom. (Each of the 2 boxes has separate instruction booklets.) I should note that I don't recommend trying to assemble entirely with just the allen wrench included - you really do need a ratchet wrench with hex bits, as some of the holes for the screws particularly putting the base together are tough to get the screw in all the way and tight with just the allen wrench. The instructions were great up until the end and connecting / routing the wires for the lift. How they positioned the power supply in the illustration didn't allow the cable from the power supply to reach the control panel where they had it positioned. Not a huge deal to remove and reposition though. Also I wish they gave more than 5 of the adjustable wire tie adhesives to better secure the cables, and where they advised positioning the ties didn't seem to really make tons of sense either in terms of really holding the cables out of the way. The drawers are nice but they do create a little bit of a challenge for cable runs for things sitting on the desk that aren't sitting on top of the drawers, like a wired keyboard and mouse to a computer sitting below the desk or a laptop sitting on top of the drawers. Purchased 11/30 - Built 12/09 - Date of review 12/18 Please read THE GOOD: Once assembled the desk elevates to a ridiculous height(pic). Who is that tall? lol THE DECENT: The items shipped in two boxes. That alone is a risk to be lost or damaged during shipping. These are separate due to your choice of top and bottom assembly. Unpacking was simple and the pieces are labeled as well as the hardware. There are a few things missing in the instructions that you need to figure out. Like, where to start. I should have started with the top/drawer assembly but nothing suggests that. (I usually build from the ground up, but it is from the other side of the world.) Some steps are not indicated and some pieces are not represented well in the booklets. You must look as the pictures to identify ups and downs. THE BAD: I placed the control box at its' prescribed location given by the pre-drilled holes. it has two holes for screws and only one lined up with the box covering the other. The white is double faced tape(included) that I used instead of the screws.(pic) At the time of this review the tape has failed to stay. I'll have to drill it myself or use different tape. Some of the holes under the corner panel were not pre-drilled like the instructions would like you to believe but I kept going because they were spread out and did not pose a threat. If you sit at the desk and lay your elbows down you WILL notice the surfaces bend under your gentle resting weight. If the stitching on the drawers is not done correctly, you will have an inconvenient time opening and closing them. They will rub on the sides and I can only assume there will be excessive wear showing soon. THE TERRIBLE: I found manufacture damage on the center corner panel on the top side once I had it put together. It was patched with putty and sent out like no one would notice. I gently rubbed and it just flaked off revealing the scuff mark they intended to hide. With the damage, the missed holes and the weirdly placed control box, I reached out to the company. I reported the damages and showed the same pics (I had more) with my intent to get them to send me a replacement panel. They offered $10 (TEN) in compensation. I really wanted a replacement part. They then offered $50 plus $20 for the missing holes, as long as I agreed to keep it. If you try to return the item, according to their return policy, you must return all of the pieces and put them all back in the box as it was shipped to you. If it is not exactly like it was sent, they will charge you a missing piece fee. Similar to a re-stocking fee. It is a clever deterrent for sending anything back. Read more

I have had this desk for 2 months and have had multiple problems. Wouldn't raise up and the corner leg won't stay at same height. I came in after a weekend and the desk had lowered to the ground. After resetting it worked for a week. Now it won't hold the corner that my monitors are on and almost tipped over. This is a major safety concern. Read more

I want to start off by saying that this product is really great. I bought this for my wife as she works from home and she need it a bigger desk. I found this one and it was perfect for her. I was able to assemble it really easy and the instructions were really simple to understand. One thing I would like for them to fix is the fact that this comes in two different packages and you might not get them at the same time. I got the legs section of it and I was confuse when I open the box. I had to contact the seller and get information about the table top. They were really quick on responding me back and were able to provide me with a tracking number for the table top. Once I got it I was able to set it up and we were in business. My wife loves the color and loves how much spaces she has now. Great desk if you work from home. Read more
