When I was looking for a standing desk with the ability of the entire desktop to become a standing desk, I came across this desk several times. I liked the look of the desk, but was very nervous given several reviews about missing parts and slow customer service. However, I took a shot and ordered the desk anyway. The shipping was very quick and the desk arrived in no time. I had my handy man come to assemble the desk but half way though he told me that the entire motorized part and levers that lifted the desk were missing. I thought to myself, you knew better and should have listened to the reviews. I immediately contacted customer service thinking I would never hear from them. Boy, was I wrong! In less than 24 hours, they got back to me and worked with me to resolve the problem. After several emails back and forth and no gaslighting, they sent me the missing parts, which arrived extremely quickly. After having the desk assembled, I can honestly say that I am so happy that I took a chance and ordered the desk. It is a great desk (not of the highest quality but very good quality). The motorized standing desk function works like a dream, and it has 3 pre save settings which makes life so much easier, with the press of a button you can customize your desired height. Was it an inconvenience to have missing parts, yes. But customer service was amazing and righted the wrong immediately, and for that, I am giving them 5 stars. Read more

Please beware before doing business with Fezibo. I usually start with the bad reviews before purchasing to see what people are saying. I thought these must be the exception and not the rule and trusted that Amazon would make it right if there were issues. We’ve never had a problem before purchasing through Amazon when an issue occurred. Well, we experienced everything ever other poor review reported……slow delivery, damaged boxes, and ultimately defective parts making it impossible to construct the desk. After spending a week going back and forth with Fezibo support, they will not take returns on a desk that has been “assembled.” That’s right, taken out of the box and half assembled before we realized the parts were not correct and now they will not let us return it. I now own $800 of useless particle board. The desk does appear nice and if constructed probably just what we wanted. However, beware that you are taking a gamble ordering from Fezibo. Is a good size L-shaped standing desk, not sure if it meets the "Executive" adjective. Assembly takes a while, because of the size and the mechanism. 3 packages arrived, which can be assembled in 2-3 hrs. Reason for 4/5 stars is the quality of the received panels. The color and finish looks just like the picture, but the white panels arrived dirty, and with some chipping (see pics) in visible places. This was surprising for the price point. The walnut color tops could be 1/4 in thicker for durability. Standing mechanism works well, and it is nice to have 3 memories to store. Only has one motor, but works well. There is room for design improvement: the larger door storage area could add a shelf. There's unused space where the extending legs are, which could be used as additional storage or cable management (I might modify it in the future). Read more

Don’t let the packaging photo scare you. Once I finally got around to building the deck it is exactly what I wanted in a desk! Adjustable height range is excellent and the desk top is a very nice texture and feels like it will hold up to regular use. Storage is great and is solid once put together. I did have a badly damaged box and customer support was great at getting me replacement parts and the bag of missing fittings that must have fell out. With how much damage the box had I can’t believe there wasn’t more than the one board damaged and bag of fittings missing. So that says a lot about how strong the pieces are. This was almost a really nice desk but in the end, cant recommend due to materials quality. Took a while but went together pretty easy - Instructions are clear and everything is well labeled. A lot of the panels had (mostly) minor damage out of the box, scratches, bad edges etc. but 95% of it was not in a visible location or the panel could be reversed so you don't see it. The big weakness of this product is the laminate surfaces. It is the thinnest most delicate laminate surface I could possibly imagine for a desk. It feels like its basically that peel and stick paper you can buy to cover shelves with. If you slide a monitor on top of this desk its permanently scratched up. The edge banding feels cheap, like its going to peel off very easily. Some of the finish on the edges was already flaking off on the black laminate part right out of the box and you can see its literally like 1/100th of an inch thick. Sometimes when you screw in the connectors for the frame the laminate just flakes right off - its paper thin. Also the drawers and doors have a very 'cheap' feel to them. They are on super cheapo slides and you can tell plus its pretty thin particleboard pieces for the bottom pieces and they feel flimsy and cheap. Ultimately, because of all the work to put it together, I'm going to keep it and get some glass tops cut for it. That will add another $300 to the total but at least it will last a few years that way, otherwise probably wont even get a year from it looking decent. Read more

I've been using this desk for a few weeks now and absolutely love it. I have a big ultra-wide monitor and I was a little worried it would be too heavy for it, but it lifts it just fine. I didn't have any issues with the delivery or damage - so I can't speak to customer support, but the desk is great. Its certainly pricey, but I couldn't find anything like it anywhere else. Read more
