I was very pleased with this desk. I would definitely buy another when I need one. 1. Packaging: The packaging was perfect, nothing just lose in the box, everything tucked into a proper cubby, so when lifting the product nothing shifts inside making it unbalanced and hard to move. Everything was well protected within with thin foam, etc to keep packaging small and protect the product with in. 2. Manual/information: The instruction book is a real book, heavy duty, thick pages, water resistant coating, flat, easy to use with plenty of information on the product and hardware within the box. It even told you the exact size of each screws, so in the future if you need to replace one you can simply go down to the hardware store and pick up a replacement. This is a first where the size of the screws are even mentioned. 3. Quality: Very impressed with the quality of this desk. Holes were nicely cut in the wood areas, even beveled at the top to counter sink the screw heads for a nice flush install. And while most product now a day isn't anything other than compressed wood, this is a compressed wood chip design, just like the ones they use in building homes. Very different. You get used to the IKEA style compressed wood in everything now a days, but this is a far superior product than that. While looking at it, it doesn't look like sawdust glues together, it looks and smells like real wood. 4. Spare parts: Every different package that had parts for this table came with a spare. Regardless of which step you are on, if you dropped a screw and lost it, there would be a spare for you to use. And if you lost two, the instruction book has the information and you can easily go down to the hardware store and pick-up another one. 5. Build time: Went fairly fast, the instruction book is easy to follow. Took about 45 minutes to put together once it was unwrapped and all the parts put in the separated piles needed to build. Figure about an hour and 15 total to unpack, build, and move into place. 6: Tools required: No worries, this thing comes with everything you need to put it together. You don't need to go out into the garage to grab tools. Your own tools will be better, but not needed. Overall very, very happy with this desk. Good quality, well built desk. Love the desk!!!! Looks and works great. But, you definitely need 2 strong people. We assembled bottom steel part and top wood part separately and flipped bottom part right side up before installing top. It was still heavy. Laminate finish, but I don’t care for the price. The media could not be loaded. I needed a budget sit/stand desk to serve as the base for my home office “command station” for work. Having owned this desk for almost three years it still today functions well and has held up to daily use/abuse. I have added accessories and multiple large monitors to it. The desk motor still raises and lowers well without hesitation. Using the wheels under it, the height in the low side is impacted and it doesn’t get as low as I like. Use the adjustable feet and it is fine but harder to clean when you need to move the desk ever so slightly. The laminate has held up well over time and shows some light wear but not as much as I would have expected when not using a desk pad or other wear protection. The adhesive for the wire holders under the desk didn’t last long and should be upgraded when putting this desk together. I would purchase this brand again in the future. Read more

This desk came with easy to follow instructions and not too many pieces. The desk is beautifully made and works perfectly for my at home work station. The two level tier allows for my computer monitors to sit at eye level and the storage underneath is great for storing my keyboard and other desk items like pens. The option to stand is also wonderful and I have not had any issues in the last month with raising and lowering it every day.
