I've been using a TV tray at the couch for my laptop, but it was too high at 25.5" tall. When I saw this had adjustable height, I failed to check the minimum height. It turns out that the lowest it will go is 28 inches. I can't imagine what they were thinking. I found another brand that adjusts from 20 inches to 33 inches. Another deal breaker is that it must be tethered to a 110VAC electrical cord. Again, WHAT WERE THEY THINKING! The whole idea is for this to be MOBILE! And it's used at a couch, which means that you likely can't plug and unplug it quickly and easily. You may have to move the couch. I had hoped it would use a battery to drive the height adjustment. It's a nice idea, but poorly designed--not thought through for how it will be used. If the height works for you and you don't mind possible tripping on a cord getting on and off the couch, then this is great quality. Read more
