Great design but if you are a female...
The customer service is outstanding, the design is good but because of how we are built and where this needs to sit, it is not a one size fits all perfect fit. If you are a female with a bustline, this may sit awkwardly/poorly on your frame. There is no way for anyone to account for varying presentations of female anatomy so be aware and don't hold it against the design. Otherwise, it is a great design and allows for comfortable movement for long periods of time. It didn't work for me but for women who can wear off-the-rack sizes, this should be a good fit. Read more
Not the best
I had (still do) have a shoulder injury - I think it's tendonitis - and ordered this to keep ice on my shoulder for some relief. The ice didn't really hit the right spot and kept slipping around. I really didn't use it much and was a bit disappointed in this product. However, the shoulder is a bit hard to comfort when you're in such discomfort. It might work for you. Read more
