Listen. I really loved this product. It helped me increase my fiber intake, which I genuinely need. But whatever y’all did with these new batches? I need you to put it back. Put the original back on the shelf. Immediately. First, can we talk about the packaging? The quality is not there. Very thin bag. But fine, I could overlook the packaging. What I cannot overlook is that you shipped me a brick. These are supposed to be little bites. Instead, they’re all fused together into one dense, oily mass. I appreciate the variety of flavors, I do. But the quality has taken a nosedive, and I’m not buying whatever this new iteration is until you bring back what was working. Please fix it. I like the way they tasted and they were very very fiber filled. Got the job done next day after eating …if you know what I mean ;) Only reason for the 4 star is the price relative to the amount. I took two servings a day every day and wanted more because they were tasty; although they were so full of seeds that I don’t think having more would have been wise. Read more
