Good solution for storing and organizing my medications. There is plenty of space for normal size bottles in the top compartment and larger bottles in the bottom. I would recommend this to others, especially if you live in an area prone to evacuations. Read more
I have over the years gone on trips with other professionals, several of which are physicians. It’s so reassuring to have such expertise along whether it is hiking for a week in the wilderness or deep-sea fishing on a boat for days on end. We always take plenty of other things on such adventures so I got this so that we could always have a basic set of tools and supplies that could come in handy in case of need. This arrived in a somewhat flattened form for shipping but quickly unfolded and it has a stiffener piece that goes in the bottom to hold its shape. It’s got a generous-sized top and bottom compartment with independent zippered closures. And each of these have additional zippered pouches. The top has elastic holders for keeping an array of containers or other smaller items. The Velcro dividers for creating spaces in the bottom are also very helpful. The materials of which this is made are very good, look and feel excellent tough quality. The stitching is extremely well-done, nothing that looks likely to fall apart. The zippers are solid and sturdy too. I have my doubts about it being fireproof but it’s likely heat-resistant and it certainly does repel water. I had one of the doctors – she is a n ER doctor – who’s often on the trips take a look at it and she immediately started talking about how she could put various things in it. I left it with her and, sure enough, she stocked it up pretty full and it is now ready to go for a planned prolonged road trip coming up soon. She was saying she would be all set now with most of the things she uses most commonly for emergencies including local anesthetic and sutures. Just knowing this will be along with us next time is very reassuring! Compared to generic carry-cases of comparable size, even thicker and insulated zipper-cases, the cost of this – $39.99 as I write this – is very reasonable. So I think it’s a great value, especially with the ability to organize a great number of things besides just cans of soda. I’m sure it could be repurposed for many other things as well. A friend who is an artist said he would love something like this to organize his brushes, paints, charcoals and other supplies. Read more
The storage is great, the zippers are strong and it does exactly what it says to do. The material feels like duct tape (most fire proof item do) but I found that this one was just sticky.. Read more
I ordered this Nexazen Medicine Storage Case to use as a DIY first aid kit. Store-bought kits never have everything I want in them, so I like to gather up my own first aid supplies, and then I end up with too many items. This case is perfect, because it fits a lot more stuff than a normal first aid kit. The size is 11” x 7” x 7” and it has two separate zippered compartments. The bottom section is deeper for large items and the top one is shallower for smaller objects. It’s well-designed so you don’t have a jumbled mess, as there are plenty of pockets, pouches, slots, loops, and adjustable dividers for organizing everything and making things easy to find. The case comes flat for ease of shipping, but it pops right into shape upon opening. It’s a great value for the high-quality case that it is. This first aid case is easy to carry with a sturdy rubber-coated handle, and it also has rugged luggage-style feet on the bottom. I like the silver and black color scheme, it looks pretty cool. The exterior is made of a silicone fiberglass material that feels nice and isn’t sticky to the touch like another soft-sided case that I had. I think it’s actually meant to be a case that you would grab in case of emergency, because it has a reflective cross which makes it easy to find in the dark with a flashlight. They say that this case is fireproof and waterproof, and for once I believe them. Not only does it have a fire-resistant coating, the zipper itself is sealed all the way around, so water can’t seep in. You can run a small padlock through the holes in the zipper pulls if you’re storing medicine that you want to lock up. Read more
This is a nice, durable do it yourself medicine/first aid kit. It is smaller than the computer image shown in the listing, but still a nice, lightweight portable size. It has two zippered storage areas and each one can be set up based on your needs using the included velco partition dividers. I can't speak to the waterproof and fire proofness of the bag, but that is a feature that helped me decide to order this specific bag. I love the versatility of this case. I have several first aid kids, but they never come included with all the items that I want to carry. Overall, I really like this storage case. It is well made, with good stitching, easy sliding zipper and includes dividers to set up the case based on my needs. It is a good value. Read more
