I've been looking for a solution to the problem of wanting a pull up bar but not wanting to have to drill major holes in walls and studs in my home. I have an I beam in my garage and this was the perfect solution. No holes need to be drilled and with the 6" drop down from the I beam, I don't have to worry about hitting my head on the ceiling. I installed it by myself in about 45 minutes (which included unboxing and unpackaging it). Definitely sturdy. I've already done a few cross fit classes on it. Read more
