What an excellent purchase! Strengths: 1. Fits perfectly on 2025 GLC. 2. Video quality is outstanding. 3. Convenient: The dashcam automatically starts recording when the car is turned on and stops when the car is turned off. 4. Incredible customer service! I reached out to inquire about manually turning off the WiFi (since the WiFi is only needed to retrieve videos, not for recording). Within 24 hours, I received a response, and within 5 days, they developed a custom firmware update to address my issue. After updating the firmware this morning, I can now manually toggle the WiFi. This is by far the best customer service experience I've had. Their technical expertise has given me a lot of confidence in the dashcam I purchased. 5. Shipping is fast: it took 10 days for me to receive the product since I placed the order, not bad at all. Areas for Improvement: 1. The YouTube video instructions for installing the dashcam didn’t seem to match my car. After about 10 minutes, I figured it out. I suggest they update the video instructions. For 2025 GLC, you need to slide down the existing cover about an inch to loosen it, then use the provided tool to pry open the two sides of the cover (there are four spots in total: one at the top and one at the bottom on each side). I purchased my Mercedes used and did not have a dash cam. The way drivers are here is more than calling them aggressive, wanted a solution that did not cost an arm and a leg and did my research. Even contacted the store and sent them pictures of the rear view mirror so they can tell me which version exactly I need so it fits. The camera was not difficult to install at all and it does the job perfectly well. Probably might need a bigger SD card for the future but for now it is good.
