The tubes break after a few uses! Do not buy! One tube broke after 5 uses. I emailed the company, no reply! The first tube was the smallest! I used the tubes a few more times and the biggest tube broke! I’ll email the company again. They are cheap, don’t hold up and the tubes don’t represent the weights listed. On the first day I was curling with the two biggest tubes. They are supposed to be 50 and 40 pounds. So together 90 pounds. I’m not curling 90 pounds. Waste of money do not buy! Read more
These are really good for my use case training muscles for breathing and cardiovascular things. They really are very simple to get aet up with and once you get pacing down they deliver a really great workout. My hips have started to stop pinching in and throwing my guts out and im seeing tone in my arms too! I cant wait to go through the resistances and get my body back under my control! Read more

Came just as the picture bands with the handles and ankle wraps but they are way too long to use on ankles. Okay for arms but the ankle part was pointless. The Velcro comes undone every time I kick back even after I tried to make the band shorter to be able to do back kicks. It wasn’t going well. Good for arms not sure why they aren’t adjustable for shorter people I’m 5 ft 4in. Read more
