The wide toe box is a Godsend

I developed a bunion on one foot, causing the big toe to impinge quite painfully on the next toe. Wearing any normal shoes in my old size became very painful. I took a chance on Fitville after reading about their wide toebox, and I am so glad I did. I can honestly say this is the only brand I have found that does not cause me pain to wear. These particular shoes I bought for Pickleball, and they are wonderful for that purpose. They give great support, great traction, and best of all don’t aggravate my foot pain. The only complaint I have, and really it’s more of a humorous thing, is the length of the shoelaces. Just look at the photo on this review. There are literally 20 inches of shoelace protruding on both sides of the shoe for a total of 40 extra inches. What exactly am I supposed to do with all that extra shoe lace? For me, it’s not a problem, since I prefer to replace my shoelaces with lock laces anyway. But it does make me wonder what someone was thinking, supplying such long shoelaces with the shoe. They are pleasantly wider than my K-Swiss "wide" shoes

So after just one day of pickleball I am happy with these FitVille Men‘s Wide Pickleball Shoes. They are pleasantly wider than my K-Swiss "wide" shoes and with just as good of traction/antislip. The style is, well, lets just say its inoffensive. The build quality is less than great but for their cost its ok. The added width make these my go to shoes. Minus one star for the extra long laces. ATTENTION: Fitville Shoe Designer

SHORTEST TONGUE EVER! I wear extra wide shoes and FitVilles are one of the few pickleball shoes that don’t scrunch my toes. They are good court shoes for the price. I have had six pairs over the past couple years while playing pickleball six days a week. I rotate my FitVille pair with my Skechers Viper Court Smash (relaxed fit). However, the tongues on every FitVille model are annoyingly short. You practically need forceps to pull up the tongue so you can get your foot in and lace up. In fact, another reviewer said he bought forceps, not to deliver a baby but to pull up the damn FitVille tongue. Please, FitVille designers, tell your people in China to increase the tongue length. Even a half-inch would make a significant difference. I am getting tired of the hassle of putting them on and may have to stop buying them. Read more

Simply awesome 👌

This was one the best purchase for me on Amazon! I have been looking for a pair of extra wide court shoes for a while. I have ordered 4 pairs of Skechers and Ascis shoes in last month and had to return them all due to sizing issues but these Fitville court shoes fitted me perfectly! I wore them last night and played 3hours! God ! It was so comfortable! These shoes are light..very comfortable. Wide toe box and you can start playing right away! These are like a blessing for my feet! Thanks Fitville 🤗 Read more

After a month of play, I really like these shoes.....

My foot is such that I want a wide toe box in my shoes. These shoes are perfect for me: very comfortable, supportive, with excellent traction on the court. I play pickleball almost every day, and these shoes have been outstanding. I tend to drag my heels and toes when making shots, and those parts of the shoe normally wear out somewhat quickly. With these Fitville shoes, I'm not seeing any signs yet of wear, which is both surprising and awesome. In summary: The shoes are holding up great after a month of use, traction is excellent, comfort is excellent, and wear on the soles is very low. Great shoes for a reasonable price - I will definitely purchase more in the future. Read more

Shoe structure failed 4 months in

Update: manufacturer has no warranty. Amazon Prime Visa has a card benefit to cover products with no warranty for 120 days. Filed a claim with Chase, I’ll let you know how that works out. The internal structure that supports the ball of the food and front pad fails or something moves causing the front of the foot to become injured. Took a week to recover. Went back to Adidas and New Balance shoes. These interior foot support structure is not durable and cannot stand up to high action games and breaks down quickly. Similar to Sketchers. Otherwise, good play grip, stable. A bit warm and construction is heavier than most people would probably like. Wear is good on the tread, what you’d expect from a 3.5 player outdoors. Works fine indoors as well. Either way, hurts my foot. The sizing is perfect. Read more
