I would have given zero stars. This product looks great, easy to assemble, and is very sturdy. Love the hook features and all the storage for shower items. However, if you use in a shower you use everyday it will rust out the screws within a few days. I know metal rusts and especially in water but this is literally for the shower, so they should have used plastic screws or have it assembled differently. Literally has now put rust on my shower floor and it’s hard to get the rust marks out. Going to see if I can get a refund or money back. Read more

This caddie was perfect for our shower. It’s made of metal, it’s extremely sturdy and it’s clear it will never rust or corrode because of the thick coating. We have two large pump bottles on the top shelf of a two tier version of this and the caddie stays completely balanced and steady. You won’t go wrong with this choice! Read more

We really enjoyed this shower caddy as it was sitting conveniently in the corner of our shower. Unfortunately it started to rust after 6 months and now after 10 months of usage it’s totally disintegrating. The coating is peeling off, the rust is everywhere. Gotta trash it already. Read more

Assembly was easy. The unit is solid enough that I did not need to use the adhesive tabs to stick it to the wall. My shower pan is not perfectly flat, and the adjustable height feet were perfect. It allowed me to level it so it is standing straight up. I laid out the pieces on my counter after labeling them with the letters of the corresponding pieces. That wasn’t really necessary, but made it quicker to grab the correct length section when I was screwing it together. So far so good. Read more

After I overcame my first mistake, it was very easy to assemble. However, I did not discover the small package of plastic discs which, I assume, were meant to be installed above and under the screwed-in parts. The package was not even mentioned in the parts list. Now I have to take the whole thing apart and start over! After reading others' reviews (which I should have done first), I'll probably try to get stainless steel screws (actually bolts) before re-assembling. Read more

We really liked the look of this towel bar — it has a clean, modern design that fit perfectly with our bathroom decor. Assembly was straightforward, and initially, we were very happy with it. Unfortunately, it didn’t take long before rust started to appear. We’ve attached two photos showing the corrosion, which is disappointing for a product meant for a bathroom environment. It seems like the finish isn’t well-protected against moisture, which defeats the purpose of a shower caddy. If you're placing this in a low-humidity area, it might be fine. But for bathrooms or anywhere with regular steam or water exposure, you may want to look elsewhere. Read more

I’m not so sure about the “upgraded rust proof” claim. The bolts for the top (free-standing) shelf and the two short front feet were rusting within a couple of days. Also, I’m not sure the legs are sealed completely where the threads meet the cylinders of the legs. I think they have the right idea with the washers, but I think the material might be too hard/rigid not to allow moisture to get underneath. I let the rack completely dry during the day and removed the 5 bolts/washers and cleaned them. Before reinstalling, I added some clear silicone to the underside of the bolts / washers to improve the seals. Finally, after reassembly was complete, I applied more silicone to completely cover the bolt head down to the washer. Hopefully this totally encased the bolt heads and will block any more moisture.
