The size and storage capacity are nice. I like that it transitions to different types of ports. However, it can easily break if pushed on too hard. I have an iPhone so I had to flip down the USB portion and use the plug for an iPhone. The fit is VERY tight and when I pushed a little hard to connect it, it bent. I initially feared it was going to break off in my phone! It did not, thankfully, but the plug for an iPhone no longer works so the device is now useless for me. It's also difficult to push into a slot, you have to hold the "glider" in place otherwise when you push into a slot, the glider just moves instead of going into the slot. Update 6/1/2023: the seller reached out to me and sent me a replacement. The product works great, I do like that it’s adaptable to different devices and it’s easy to use, just need to download an app. You still need to be careful when inserting though. Read more

** Updated Review ** I decided to give this product another shot and buy another flash drive because there was a coupon and so many reviews were raving that I thought it might have just been the flash drive I received that was faulty. I received a new one and it worked very well at first (better than the first one) Now I go to use it a few weeks after and instantly had issues with my iPhone not recognizing the device anymore but I got my computer to access it so it was fine. I try again on different mobile devices and eventually, it starts working again only for my files to glitch and completely disappear .... now after going back in, thankfully a lot of the files are still there but there are countless files that now appear to be in the drive but I am unable to access them and they will not open. I am absolutely heartbroken to lose these files and regret trusting in the second device and that is my mistake. I would absolutely not recommend buying this product as it has now failed me twice and I have lost access to my important videos that I do not think I will be able to get back. Old Review: This product works pretty great at first but within my first night of installing stuff I already started to receive an “error” message when trying to access items directly after putting them on the device. I am unable to access these items and they are still taking up storage on the device despite not being able to access them. When I attempted to delete the items it won’t allow me and therefore is still taking up storage. I have been able to upload a few other items without this issue but now every time I try to upload something it does not work and I get the error message. Just got. Downloaded 2 Apps for the iPhones and looked at instructions (which are much more complete than most). I am now downloading 7,000+ pictures. It is not real fast, but tells me the progress. I my opinion, while technology wise hardware may be great; it is the software which makes it good. It appears to me they have got this right. Read more

Works alright for now. I tried to check on the quality of my photos that I uploaded into a particular folder that I created on the flash drive app, and they were unable to load up at all. Even to this day. I am wondering if they were even able to upload it at all or if it is just a blank file sitting there. Or I am wondering how I can retrieve the photo since it's already been deleted in my phone's photo album.. Also, when counting on the number of photos being uploaded, I am not able to directly verify if ALL actually successfully transferred. That is worry some. I wish this app was a bit more modern and self-explanatory, and the difference between the internal/external drive doesn't really make sense to me still. I also have a good chunk of photos that refuse to upload in a few different folders, I just find it super odd. I bought the $4.99 photo protection today, just in case!! God forbid. Read more
