Unpacked the mattress ... after 4 days it still hadn't expanded except for one corner. Photo attached. The edges looked dirty ... not sure how that would happen since it was sealed in plastic. If you look at the edges you can see the color is different ... the edges are yellowish brown. Additionally ... there's no way this was a 2 inch pad ... the one corner that did expand was 1 inch thick. Read more

The product is fantastic, but I bought a twin and was sent a queen. I can't use the queen, but the return process was too much of a pain that I gave up and kept the queen. The topper is vacuusealed so you can't put it back in the original box to return it. Ended up cutting it down to size. So, the product itself is fantastic - provided you get the right one. Read more
