The first time I used it, I plugged my CPAP machine into it and it worked fine...for 90 minutes. Then it died. It powered the least power consuming device there is for 90 minutes before running it off power. It's been charging for 12 hours and is only at half full now. I do NOT recommend this device. Original purchase I gave a review of 1-start. *** UPDATED COMMENTS: The seller contacted us soon after my review/comments as was willing to make this purchase correct-however, we thought would work best. We decided to have the cost of a new charger refunded to us. The seller even sent a link to us to a new adapter that would fit this product. We tried the new charger and the battery fully charged right away! Our problems with this item have been solved without much effort-due to the seller. They checked in with us to make sure we were satisfied-they wanted to make sure all is good!! We are happy to say we love this product and trust the seller will be great to anyone else who may have a quirky product problem. I would purchase from them again and there for gave an updated 5 stars. *******original comments: I purchased the item for my husband who is an electrician. His intent was to use the generator to run his c-pap machine during the night for a week long scout camp. We would certainly return the item if possible-but since we have had it for one full month we no longer see an option to return or replace the item or request a new ac adapter to try-we are very disappointed in what seemed like a great product at first. He charged the generator at home fully to use for a test night before leaving for camp. The generator was fully charged from being plugged into an outlet. The generator worked great and kept charge for the entire night (8hrs). He charged the generator using his truck cigarette lighter on the way to scout camp (3hr drive). It was fully charged and ready for use for night one at camp. The generator worked great for the first night, and he found that there was enough charge to use again for the second night without recharging. This seemed like a great generator. The generator was kept dry/clean/ and on a table inside his tent. Preparing for night three he discovered it would not charge using a outlet. It continued to blink that it was charging, but wouldn't take a charge. He had it plugged in for more than 24hrs!! He discovered that if he charges it in his truck (while running) is the only way he can get it to take a charge. He attempted to try to charge from an outlet at home-again with no luck! The generator was getting hot-trying to take a charge. He said USE CAUTION as he feels like this could catch fire if others have the same issue-even though the blower fans were running. He thinks it is the AC adapter for the outlet that is causing the problem, as the adapter for the truck cigarette lighter uses the same port on the generator and seems to work fine. If we were to receive a new adapter it may work fine, but we have no way to request this from the seller. If we were to receive a new adapter, we would test it out and comment again to see if that solves the issue, and adjust the ratings to reflect that. Read more

How do I dispose of this piece of crap? It doesn't hold a charge. Only worked for half the night with my husbands CPAP. Total disappointment. Waste of money. I gave it one star, because I had to rate it somehow. But zero stars would be more accurate. Read more

Had this a few years now and I'd happily recommend this to anyone looking for the same sort of thing. I use it for camping and it's been rock solid, holds a decent charge, and has good support for providing AC power. Now I've only used the AC for powering my air-mattress pump, but this has already proved more reliable than the rechargeable mattress pump I had before, and it's far more versatile. Other than that it recharges all of my admittedly low power devices, and returns home with plenty of charge. Read more

Used this on a two month long excursion where I was living out in the woods for a while for fun. I needed a laptop for homework or writing and things of the such, and keeping my electronics charged for when I had to return to the real world. This thing is kind of a beast for its size. If you enough energy to charge a laptop for a day, maybe a day and a half, along with a phone and maybe another portable charger. It's got the energy to do that. It charges well and it charges fast. It takes about 2 hour of consistent laptop and phone charging for this thing to lose 20% (Roughly). So this battery is perfect for things like that, charging a laptop or two in the car, or charging a bunch of phones if you want. You can easily put a power strip on this thing to make a whole bunch of spots to plug in if you're having a party outside or something. Anything that needs more power than that though I'd say isn't a job for this bad bean. I've seen that people use this for CPAP machines which is really cool. I'd say if you're powering anything more than that though I'd think about something with more kick. It doesn't last SUPER long, it just lasts really long, great for charging devices like laptops and smaller. I wish it had something to organize the cords on it or store this thing with its components together, I know that's wishful thinking but I did have to separate this thing a few times from its like components because of storage issues. But that's SUPER picky, because 5 stars mean perfection, and this isn't perfect. 9/10, exactly as described and works well. Great size for a powerful battery, can be hard to pack/store if you are low on space, but this is the best option if you're low on space and need a battery. Read more

Worked great the couple times I actually used it. Unfortunately after a couple years it won’t charge anymore. I realize after 5 years the battery would degrade a bit, but for something that I used maybe 5 times I thought it would at least hold some sort of charge still. After trying 3 different AC wall chargers all it does is flash 1 bar and says charging. After you unplug it it’s nothing but a paperweight. Read more
