Avoid - this unit has no BMS on the cells. Everything is controlled by the inverter board. It also over discharged the cells down to 12v instead of cutting at 12.8v, significantly reducing their life. The cheap cells are just taped together with the nickle strip providing most of the packs strength. Likely won't last more than a few months. Read more
The Flashfish BP030B is a compact and versatile power station designed to keep your essential devices running, whether you're at home or on the go. It sports a robust battery designed to last for thousands of charge cycles, significantly extending its lifespan compared to many other portable power solutions. This makes it a reliable choice for anyone who needs a dependable backup power source. One of the standout features of this power station is its ability to deliver up to 300W of power, making it suitable for charging a wide range of devices, from laptops and cameras to mini-fridges and even CPAP machines. Its lightweight design makes it easy to carry around, making it a great companion for camping trips, road trips, or even just moving around the house. The BP030B offers a variety of output ports, including AC, USB-C, USB-A, and DC, allowing you to charge multiple devices simultaneously. This is particularly useful when you're traveling with family or friends and everyone needs to keep their gadgets powered up. The inclusion of a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply) function is a huge plus, as it ensures that your devices continue to receive power during a blackout, protecting sensitive equipment like computers and servers. Charging the power station itself is also a breeze, with multiple options available. You can charge it via AC power, DC power, a car outlet, or even a solar panel. The ability to combine AC and DC input for charging allows you to quickly replenish the battery in about 3 hours. However, it's worth noting that the AC output uses a modified sine wave, which may not be compatible with all devices, and the car outlet and solar panel are not included, requiring additional purchases. Ordered this to use as a portable power source that I can recharge in my solar lab. For the most part I'm pretty happy with it, and it's noticeably higher quality than some other budget power stations I've used. It does have some weirdness. The solar input allows 12-28v but only up to 40w max... That's not much current at 28v. For instance, even my smallest 24v panel is 100w, which will routinely pull in 60w of actual energy on a nice sunny day. So that panel is apparently too large, even though it would be great to recharge this little guy quickly. Also, just some weird design choices. The handle on top for instance. When stored, the lip around the back mostly occludes the handle, making it very difficult to actually pull the handle out of it's stored position. There's also no 12v "cigarette lighter" output, which I find useful since alot of mobile accessories that operate on 12v have this as their default connection. Overall though, the battery life is good and it will run a set of 12v fans I have for almost 24hrs which is really impressive. Compared to some other options, this is a pretty good buy... Just make sure to shop around first. Read more
Good battery pack for on the go when you are with the fam and everyone needs to charge their phones. Charges up and holds a good charge for a long road trip too. Easy to move around by hand. Read more
i HAVE BEEN AN Customer FOR A VERY LONG TIME, AND THIS IS THE FIRST TIME I CAN'T GET A REPLACEMENT ITEM THAT HAS A 2 YEAR WARRANTY. I LIKE FLASHFISH ITEMS AS I STILL OWN ONE THAT STILL WORKS WELL. I WILL NOT PURCHASE ANY FURTHER UNITS THAT CAN'T BE SWAPPED OUT FROM FLASHFISH. I AM SORRY FOR SUCH A STATEMENT BUT IT SEEMS TO BE A LOSS Read more
Good to have for emergency power or portable power. The unit started with about half power and it charged at around 55 watts using the included AC cable. That's a full charge in 5-6 hours, which is a bit slow compared to something like a tool battery but it's fine for backup power. It's small and easy to move around, but still has enough wattage for portable electronics and some smaller loads like an evap cooler or string lights. The screen and buttons are fairly straightforward. Hold the AC button for a few seconds and it toggles on/off. You can see the combined output wattage on the screen. It's great for camping, emergencies, or everyday portable power. Read more
