I’ve been really impressed with this coffee machine! It’s incredibly versatile. The 12oz coffee option is perfect for my morning routine, and I love that it’s travel mug friendly, so I can take my coffee on the go without any hassle. The media could not be loaded. Pros: It arrived fast, packaged nicely and securely Unboxing was a breeze! It had this one pager very easy to read that tells you the 4 steps to follow before you brew. Make sure to READ IT! It has a nice touch user interface. I prepared myself a coffee by Lavazza, my mom tried green tea, and friends tried the classic latte also by Lavazza and the 12oz Lavazza packet called Momento.. we were all impressed with the taste and the machine prepared each drink in no time! It was a matter of taking the old packet out and inserting a new one in. The water reservoir has a nice capacity that I didn't need to refill it after prepping 4 or 5 drinks. There was still a nice amount of water left in the tank for more drinks! This Aroma brewer makes a variety of drinks so I don't need to have different kitchen gadgets for each type of drink in my kitchen, this machine makes it all. there is a variety of brands offering different drink types on the packets that are compatible with this Aroma machine. It doesn’t allow for the milk froth packets to make actual lattes/cappuccinos like the C300 or 600 but makes great coffee! Preferred over the Keurig! Read more

I only used this coffee maker twice. The first time the hot chocolate mix burst and got chocolate all over my counter. The next time t the water shot forward instead of down and wet my counter so I did not have a good experience. Read more

There is really no way for me to explain how much I love this machine. But I will try lol! My office has one of these machines and I fell in love from the first day that I used it. Brought one for the house and it’s amazing. It makes coffee very quickly. There are different settings and selections that you can choose, which is great.
