I love the 2.0 new version of this pillow! I live in Texas, and the bamboo cover really keeps my face cool (bamboo might be the most important detail of my life). I've noticed a reduction in my acne, and everyone around me has noticed it too—I’m incredibly happy! As a result, the pillow worked just as I wanted and fits my face perfectly. I also realized that I no longer wake up with pillow marks or wrinkles on my face in the morning. Plus, the neck support and firmness help my spine and don’t cause any pain! You’re probably here because your eyes bulged at the price of the real Flawless Face Pillow or the Omnia Pillow and went to Amazon to find an alternative. Feel free to try this out and have the return policy set your mind at ease. For me, this did not work. You have to position your head perfectly to allow the side of your face to fit in the gaps. Otherwise, you’re basically just squishing it defeating the purpose. It tough for me. Perhaps I could train myself to do it (I tried for 4 nights) but I started getting neck & shoulder pain and just wanted it to end. This is also a pretty firm pillow despite its memory foam core. I appreciated the neck support though. As a general pillow on its own, it’s not bad but if you’re getting it for the anti-wrinkle “feature” know it will take time to adjust and isn’t perfect. Although I still think the pillow is on the expensive side and does not look like the photo, it is very comfortable and working well for me. It does not leave big sleep wrinkle like traditional pillows too. I probably would not have spent $90 on this pillow if I had seen the actual product. The photos make it look like a much more substantial pillow than it actually is. I’m very disappointed in the appearance. It’s been sitting out all day so I think it’s full-size now but the “pockets“ where side sleepers are supposedly lay are maybe a quarter inch deep, probably less. It does not look like a $90 pillow. And it does not look like the product pictured at all whatsoever. I haven’t slept on it yet. Maybe that will make a difference but I am not sure that I’m actually gonna keep it so I don’t want to sleep on it if I’m going to return it. Also, the packaging was all squished up when it arrived. It comes looking in a very small box, which is fine. The pillow does open up a little. It was too thin for what I thought it would be. The side indents are barely noticable. Just too flat for a men's side sleeper. It is being returned. Maybe great for a little women. Sent back next day. A few ways to return, but I elected to pay about $ 7. oo to return it close by. 1 , maybe 2 Stars I'd give it. Read more
