This kit is great. I was skeptical at first due to some negative reviews, but the reviews also help me change and do things a little different to have the best experience with this product. The packaging was great and everything came properly sealed. Yes the tubing came bent or knit like many other reviewers have mention but is expected due to the way is package and also is a rubber material. However, is an easy fix. Like someone else mention if you place the tubbing in a large hot water container the tubbing fixes itself to its natural shape. Doesn’t have to be boiling water. Just keep watching it and you will know when is ready. Remember not to over boil the tubbing because is rubber and can get weaken to break. Another tip is to treat the box everything came in nicely due to the box contains helpful information on how to use it and clean it if it’s your first time trying an enema like in my case. Also many had complained that the tubbing leaks and they have used furniture anchors at each end of the tubbing with its piece to secure and prevent any leaks. In my house I didn’t have any anchors therefore I used twist ties like the one from the bags of bread or any other bakery product. I wasn’t sure if my product will leak but before even trying it I placed the ties to prevent any bad experience. As for me everything worked perfectly because there were no sings of any leakage. Another others have mention the colors are a little off or signs of been dirty or rusty. In my case everything came in perfect condition as I mention earlier however the enema pipe or douche pipe is like an off white color or beige. So yes the water bag is red, the clamp and tubbing are white the water stopper is gray and the rest of the pieces are beige or off white color. It doesn’t look used. Yes, this is a 10 dollar enema kit. Don't expect it to be a $40 one. It works great, but there are a couple of things you need to do to it right off. 1) As many others have mentioned, the hose comes folded up in the box, and as a result, it comes out of the box with a bunch of kinks in it, which don't come out during normal usage. However, if you coil the hose up in a large pan of water, and bring the water to a boil, those kinks magically disappear, and it's much easier to deal with. On a related note, the hose is thin, and kinks easily, so when you store it, be sure to spread the pincher it comes with, so you don't have a kinked hose next time you use it. 2) Again, since the hose is thin, it doesn't hold on to the barbed ends of the fittings you put on each end very well, and leaks if you use a warm liquid. I solved that problem by wrapping a small zip-tie around each end like a hose clamp. After those two modifications, it works perfectly! Read more

I thought many of these the same brand same style. They work very well the only thing I wish that they would make different is the hole in which the hook goes into to hang it up tends to rip through after you use it so many times and hang it on the shower bar and that's the only reason I've had to replace so many. They get very heavy when they're filled with water and so basically only last about a year. I've had a few of them ripped through as they're hanging and water goes everywhere beware of that happening. Other than that it's a great product. Read more
