The hoodie itself is a 5 out of 5. It’s so warm and amazing! This was the only item that I ordered and it came in a vacuum sealed plastic bag that the hoodie is packaged with, but the top inch of the bag had air in it while the rest of the bag was still vacuumed/stuck to the bag. Normally this would be a silly thing to even notice, but upon opening the package I was instantly struck with an unpleasant smell. It absolutely wreaked of cat urine!! The liquid was on the hoodie itself and not the bag. The driver handed me the package personally. So how’d it happen? Was it someone at the distribution center or the driver? Read more
