I ordered this mini shaver for my husband. He currently has a beard, and uses a beard trimmer to keep it closely trimmed, but I wanted something he could use on his upper cheeks and neck to give a closer shave than the trimmer. He has been just using regular disposable razers for that. The electric razer is very small and portable. It will be great for trips. It comes in a nice magnetized storage box and a charging cable and little cleaning brush are included. It's got a safety lock which can be activated to prevent accidental powering on. It fits perfectly in my small hands. It's tiny but has a lot of power. The battery seems to last a while, although he's not using it as long as someone shaving their entire face. It works well dry and gives a nice close shave. It's a little tricky using it just to clean up around an existing beard because of the wide shaver head, but would be ideal for a full facial shave. It's lightweight and easy to use and has no complicated features. It's basically setting or unsetting the safety lock, and powering it on/off. My husband says it's smooth and doesn't pull or tug at his hair or skin. It does pick up fingerprints very easily, but they also can just as easily be wiped off. The media could not be loaded. I use a trimmer and keep a bit of scruff mostly, but I like my cheeks and neck clean. I was using a razor for that until this foil shaver came along. It gives a nice close shave, and the long-haired trimmer between the two foils works pretty well if I go a while in between shaves. The small size is just right, no more than it needs to be, which makes shaving easier and storing it simple. I can still use a bit of shaving cream because it’s waterproof, though I just have to be careful not to get water in the charging port. The shave itself is comfortable, smooth without tugging or irritation. The charge lasts well, and the display tells me the exact percentage of battery left, which is handy. Noise level is very reasonable, not bad at all. For the price, this shaver is a steal. It’s well built, feels sturdy, works as advertised, and delivers a comfortable shave.
