I've been buying this for months and wish I'd found it sooner. Every "healthy" bread I tried was either rock hard or tasted like cardboard but this one is different. First thing you notice when toasted is the flavor - nutty and warm, nothing artificial. The texture is way lighter than expected, not dense at all. I keep mine in the freezer and just pull out slices as needed. Pro tip - let them thaw 30 seconds before separating or they'll crack. The protein content is impressive - 5 grams per slice keeps me full way longer than regular bread. Great for everything from PB&J to avocado toast. Only downside is you have to keep it cold or it goes bad fast, but that's because no preservatives. I'd rather have fresh bread that needs the fridge than something sitting on shelves for months. I'm gluten intolerant but wondered what was different about that bread Jesus promotes. What was different? Found in a Nag Hammadi text that his instructions are to SPROUTthe wheat before drying it and grinding it. Well... this is the ONLY bread I can eat. The multigrain reduces the wheat content, but sprouting also changes the protein in some way. So, maybe it's not so much that 2000 years changed the DNA of wheat, but that what we do (or don't do) to the wheat is relevant. The other grains here make a complete protein profile (all necessary amino acids) and yes, Ezekiel does give instructions in the Old Testament to sprout grains. Living food matters! In a world where there is so much garbage, I am very grateful for this delicious, simple, and healthy bread. I am a 29 year old male. Very delicious toasted. I am very grateful of the simple whole grains, that are sprouted to maximize nutrients. As a vegetarian, I am extremely grateful for the added protein boost of the other sprouted ingredients as well. I am very grateful that such a wonderful bread is available at such a reasonable price, despite these tough economic times. I like to freeze it first and then toast it to maximize the resistant starch which is good for the gut. After toasting it via this method, it is extremely fluffy whilst also having a nice crunch. It is extremely filling a very nice size per slice. It pairs superbly with peanut butter. My bread arrived fresh. I highly recommend. Read more

This is astounding. I could not believe that a healthy bread could be tasty. It felt like there was butter on the bread and it was seasoned. Granted, my expectations were on the ground and I was fully prepared to dislike it. The fact that it was delicious was such a great way to start the day. The biggest issue you will face is how quickly this will spoil. You will need to leave it in the freezer and take it out as you want it. Read more

Simple The Best Bread Ever! If you see it spoils quickly, that's a guarantee it's genuine and organic. Non-organic synthetics can be left out of the refrigerator for months and never spoil. This is the important difference. You just have to learn how to handle organic products. Unless you like to consume powdered milk because you don't have time to care for good, original, unadulterated organic milk. Read more
