My vehicle is a van and because of the way my windshield is slanted, I decided it would be best for me to install magnetic phone mount to my dashboard instead. This is an amazingly strong magnetic mount. Not only is it well built and sturdy, the magnet works great with my case on the phone. I do not have to remove it, which makes this phone mount ideal for the q qtr me. Installing the mount was simple. Be sure to start with a clean smooth surface. I cleaned the area with a little bit of alcohol and water. I did not try the ac install. Awesome to have that function of the assembly to rotate even when sucked into windshield or dashboard. I didn’t put it in the picture but it does included a magnetic ring to put on your phone case if you are missing the magnetic ring in your current case. Feels very durable, was pretty & well packaged. Have not yet used the suction portion but I am sure it is phenomenal since the assembly can rotate while assembly sucked in. While i purchased this holderr for something other than a cell phone, the weight is close to the same. The metal piece that is "supposed" to stick to my car's dashboard to hold the holder up, does NOT stay on my dashboard as intended. Other than that, this holder is amazing! Read more

I gifted this Car Phone Holder to my girlfriend, and wow, it’s a total game-changer for her. No fumbling around, no need to reposition or reinstall; it just sticks and stays put wherever she likes it. Plus, the included metal rings mean it fits her iPhone (even though she keeps upgrading), so she didn’t have to worry about compatibility. The magnetic hold is rock-solid even on bumpy roads.
