Worked very well for its purpose. NOTE: To fix the drift issues, I only needed to remove the tiny white plastic piece with the little spring inside the potentiometer (see photo) and replace it with the ones in my controller. I DID NOT HAVE TO SOLDER ANYTHING This set is great, because it comes with several extra just in case I need to fix it again in the future. Read more

I installed them properly but did not fix stick drift. I am still experiencing stick drink on left stick at +4 and right stick at +9. Better than what the old ones but not as close to zero as I was expecting. I already installed them so I cannot return and I am not removing just to return.
