I never write reviews, but the SkinniBelt does absolutly everything it claims to do! It seems I am always between sizes, so I need to wear a belt to keep my pants up. I don't tuck in my shirts so with a traditional belt the buckle would bulge out under my shirt. I had been looking at the SkinniBelt for a while before purchasing, but I kept talking myself out of it because it's "just a piece of elastic and a hook". So, after not finding another belt with as good of reviews, I made the purchase. This belt is amazing! I wear it with casual pants and jeans and it keeps them UP!! It's adjustable so the fit is always perfect! The front hook can be moved to one side of the button and no bulge! Yes, it's still just a piece of elastic and a hook, but the elastic is super sturdy and doesn't twist in the hook. My waist is 36", I bought size Large, in black. I’ve only used it 1 day, but I really like it! As I’ve lost a bit of weight, my jeans need some help staying in place. I did not have to constantly adjust them all day long. This belt is a nice width, so it fills the space of the waistband nicely, and has lots of room for adjusting the length. Easy to latch and unlatch. Not binding, it’s soft, when bending at the waist. My tops are always laying over my pants’ waistband, so no-show belts are a must...this is definitely a no-show belt. I tend to wear mid to high-rise jeans and long shirts so when the waistband of my jeans get a little loose I don't like wearing bulky fashion belts or even low profile leather belts with smaller buckles because they damage delicate fabrics and show through (lumpy). This belt solves both of these issues. The belt is not very attractive so I would not recommend wearing it with any shirts that would show your waistline but if you like longer shirts or tunics like me this is a great belt. It is wide enough to fill a normal belt loop and sturdy so it does not appear to cause gapping in waistlines that are slightly too loose. Overall, I like that this belt holds the pointy part of my jeans where they button, so it won't poke holes in my t-shirts and lays flat, without adding bulk to my waist. Cons for me: It is getting warmer out though and I'm not that used to wearing a belt again yet, so I find the elastic-ness, if I can use that term, to be a bit insulating (holds warmth in) and uncomfortable in that way as I'm active. I've extended mine as far as it goes and it is not "loose" on me, trying to help that issue. If this is a concern for you, consider ordering up a size; you can easily adjust down to about half the length of these belts. I already purchased the largest size offered as it was. Someone told me about thus belt it's "Perfect " for pull on pants to stay in place. Now, don't mind buying those types of pants or skirts. I highly recommend this item. I plan to make another purchase for backup. Read more
