FORIOUS Waterfall Bathroom Faucet 1 Hole Brushed Nickel Single Handle Bathroom Sink Faucets for 1 or 3 Hole

The media could not be loaded. This is a very modern and trendy faucet. I used it in a new bathroom install in my basement. It is well constructed of solid metal. The handle is pretty secure and easy to turn on and off. I love the waterfall pattern that the water comes out of the faucet. It is different from all of the other faucets in the house and I really like it. The stopper is also different. The stopper does not have the traditional lever. It is a push to open/close stopper. It is really nice. My contractor installed the unit, but he said that it was very easy to do. I took him about 10 minutes, which I could have probably did it in 15 to 20. Bought 3 to replace builder's standard faucet. Beautiful replacement. Easy to replace. The hardest part was removing the rusted and gunky old faucet. This form factor doesn't have the plunger stick for the drain, so that's why it has the pop-up drain as a replacement. I wanted a pop-up drain anyway, so not having to buy this separately was a plus. It's important to know that this is /tall/. And yes, you'll want to likely reduce the pressure to the faucet because you'll be by default using full pressure open/close the faucet. This will likely spray more than expected. You absolutely can vary and control the pressure by how far you raise/lower the faucet handle, but it's very easy to reach the max pressure lifting the handle all the way, which isn't a large movement. This probably makes a positive difference to some with dexterity issues. The handle is, in this author's opinion, easier to grab than a turning knob. As mentioned before, it's a beautiful replacement, but does collect water droplets easily on the finish, which will likely have to happen because the handle will need to push down and wet hands to push the handle to turn the water off. Next, the output spout is a wide format, versus a familiar circular filtered spout. You know this looking at the faucet, but if you wanted to adapt a spray faucet or hose or drinking fountain based upon attaching to a faucet screw connector, this is not possible. If you're looking at this and wondering if it's worth it for the price, this author's position is that price/performance was awesome, the results were visibly superior to the original faucet, the replacement *installation* was about as easy as it could be, and this author doesn't have any specific regrets about this faucet. Anything negative is not specifically a fault relative to hardware or design. I just installed it and no leaks. Solid construction and extension hoses have double o-rings. (I added some teflon paste as well.) Installation was very easy. I like the fastening design and the tool for tightening the long nut. Compared to other single hole units I have installed, this was a breeze and very secure. The water flow is regulated and come out in a nice easy flat pattern. This was better than I expected. The only downside was the drain is for a sink with an overflow and so I had to order another drain without the overflow opening. Read more

We purchased these for a vacation home because of the reviews and the reasonable price. They're lovely, are substantially sized, and easy to keep clean. Unfortunately, the flow is too much. They splash terribly unless you carefully turn them on halfway, and of course I always forget until I'm wearing it. Because of this, we'll be replacing them. Perhaps a larger sink would do the trick? But ours seem pretty standard. Read more

Updated Review: I changed from 5 to 3 stars. After a whole year with these faucets, I started realizing that because they didn’t have the typical strainer that most faucets possess, any kind of water deposits, calcium, lime, or rust accumulate around the faucet opening. It’s very unsightly and accumulates heavily throughout the months. I tried to pumice the calcium, lime and rust, ( i thought that it would not scratch very much being that it is a brushed silver finish). But it definitely left unsightly scratches. Perhaps using a chemical to strip off the deposits would be a better option. However, with the splashing issue and it being harder to clean than any other faucet I’ve had. I forfeited my appreciation for the aesthetic in order to have a more functional option. I had to buy a new faucet. Initial review: I love how these waterfall faucets look. They definitely add a luxurious feel to our bathrooms. Our sinks are small to begin with so this faucet looks a tad out of place but after i overlooked that aspect, I begin to see just how beautiful they are. These faucets are functional. Also, It is easy to find a happy-medium temperature while using this faucet. I find that most faucets can either provide water that is either too hot or too cold, but this one has fixed that issue for me. The water pressure is incredible, so much so that if I use the faucet to its full potential, it will splash everywhere, but that is a given because my sink is rather small, so we have placed towels in front of the sink to catch any splashing that may happen. The faucet is a little bit taller than I had initially anticipated. This is not too bothersome as far as aesthetic purposes, but there is a lot more surface area to clean water spots off of. These faucets looks nice, the quality of materials is good, my only complain is the water flow, it is much less than my old faucet especially when opening only one side, cold or hot water, if open two sides then there is enough water flow but if only hot water then its a little flow.
