I have tried a number of collagen peptides in the last few years, and I'm picky about the taste and texture...so many collagen products are gritty and clumpy, even when mixed into smoothies, yogurt, sauces etc. I can tolerate a degree of this, but for me to get my daily dose of collagen, I really prefer that I'm able to incorporate it into both cold and hot dishes, and with or without blending. I'm only 3 weeks in to using Healthy Bones Collagen Peptides. I'll report back with another review once I get a repeat Dexa scan in a year. I've noticed a few things, and I am a skeptic, believe me! After only a few days, I was getting out of bed with much more ease. Not waking in the night to take something for my knee and hip pain. I was having to do that frequently. Not groaning getting up when I have been sitting for a long time. :) I have noticed changes in my skin. I usually put oil on it, now I don't feel the need to. I am experimenting using this product combined with increasing my protein and calcium intake,including daily Premier Protein shakes, and weight training to possibly avoid pharmaceuticals for osteopenia/porosis.
