Update: I started this product due to osteoporosis diagnosis and did not want to start treatment due to its side effects. I cannot prove this product was the sole reason for the increase in bone density as I added a few things to my daily routine. However, I cannot exclude it either because I used it 15 months after finding research done on this product. It dissolves easily, has no taste, was a little pricy, but I will continue to use it. My main reason for using this product was to help improve my bone density readings. This is easy to mix into any beverage - although it mixes easier with room temperature or hot liquids. It does tend to clump if there is ice in the beverage. It has no flavor, so it won't change the taste of whatever you mix it with. (I have not tried baking with it.) I take it with Annatrol - another product from the same company that slows bone loss. My bone density scan improved overall! That was quite a relief for me. The combination reduced my LDL by 27 points in 3 months. (I wasn't even trying to do that, but I was thrilled!) Do I have fewer wrinkles or thicker hair... stay tuned I will let you know!
