This was my favorite hotel pillow out of 7 different hotel stays during our 3-week tour of Europe. I have neck issues and usually have to sleep without a pillow when lying on my back, but I'm a side sleeper, so I tend to toss and turn. I had NO problems with this pillow and began the search as soon as I got home. My only regret is that I wanted a square European pillow, but I was only able to buy the rectangular pillows in the States. It is a little more expensive, but the quality is well worth the money. I think of this as my amazing "fluff" pillow, so "kitten belly" soft, yet it fluffs up immediately upon rolling over. My sleep quality has improved 90% since I purchased this pillow. Read more

I've been using this pillow for a few months now, and it's by far one of my favorite king-sized pillows! It's a thicker pillow and incredibly soft. When my head hits the pillow, it melts into it nicely without falling too flat. What I love about this pillow is that even after laying on it for hours, it immediately fluffs back up without any issue. It's like having a brand new pillow every time you lay down the next night. After unboxing the pillow, I let it sit out on a dining room chair for a few hours before putting a pillowcase on it and setting it on my bed. It had a slight chemical smell, which wasn't entirely unexpected after being wrapped in plastic and boxed for shipping. The pillow arrived in a duffle bag-like storage zip-up bag and was shipped in a box large enough for me to jump in and mail myself to my family (as a 5'8" woman, lol). I am mostly a side sleeper, so a good pillow for me has to be fluffy yet not unyielding, and moldable to my neck and shoulder space. I was very impressed with how comfortable this pillow was when I slept on my side. However, since I typically sleep with two pillows, I sometimes end up sliding down toward the end of the bed because it holds its shape a little too well. I took off a star in the rating because the pillow doesn't stay in a pillowcase very well. After a couple of nights, it ends up looking like a burst sausage creeping out of its casing. While this isn't a deal-breaker, it is annoying, as it becomes a temptation for my pup, who gets drawn to tags and corners of the pillows when this happens. When I'm in the market for more king-sized pillows, I'll definitely be reordering this one, though it might not be for everyone as it's a little on the pricier side (but worth it in terms of quality). Yes, I unzipped a luxury hotel bed, because it was AMAZING to sleep on, best sleep I'd had in I can't remember when! I undid pillows, and pillow protector, and then began taking pictures of tags. Totally quality pillows and all bedding... I bought one pillow from there and then ordered THIS PILLOW when I came home, the SAME pillow they use in a landmark hotel, where it's difficult to even get a room! I bought same size as the hotel which is standard 26"x26". The only downside is, it's hard to find pillowcases to fit a "Standard." And impossible to get a silk pillowcase. I love this pillow. I make it work. And get some wonderful sleep, not twisting and turning, as your head just lay in this cloud of a pillow. Read more

Title says it all. This pillow is acceptable in terms of quality/comfort, but at this price-point, is absolute garbage. It has all of the features of a cheap, thin or low-profile down alternative pillow (for those with allergies who can't use real feather), and COULD be great for those who like a thin pillow... but absolutely not at this price. I have no idea why it is so expensive, and do not find that its quality or function commands anywhere near this in terms of practical value. Like many thin pillows, it takes a lot of effort to get it "just right", fluffed and/or folded or scrunched into the proper support position for sleep. I found it disappointing--- I was excited for a high-end pillow ($90!) and just don't feel that it rises to anywhere near the luxury expected at this level. Maybe I'm missing something? Read more

Is this a pillow? Technically yes. But would anyone actually use it that way? I certainly hope not. There is so little stuffing in this pillow that I can poke both my index fingers in the middles of it and they can touch with only the fabric and no stuffing in between. As soon as you rest your head on this, you instantly have no padding or support and are basically lying on two sheets, because all of the padding has room to vacate the space next to your head, leaving you with nothing. This is the worst pillow I have ever tested by far. Buy any other pillow and you will be better off. 2/5 for something that appears to be a pillow but isn't. Read more
