This is the most comfortable pillow I have purchased. I have bought lots of pillows over the past 3 years trying to find the perfect one for both my husband and I. We have purchased pillows that cost over a hundred dollars down to inexpensive pillows at the local BB&Beyond and have generally not found one that that works for us. But when I bought the first of these, I found the pillow for me. (My hubby, however, chose another one) I sleep on my stomach so I want one that can squish up so I can breath while on my tummy, and one that will work when I sleep on my side or back. My only regret is that I accidentally purchased the soft when I meant to get the regular one for this second pillow. I can't return it because I did not notice until I was sleeping on it. The soft was perfect for stomach sleeping but I intended to try the regular one to see if that was even better for my side or back. BTW, I did not purchase the second one a year later because it wore out but because I like to have two pillows to use when I am reading. Finally, found a pillow that I LOVE! I have been looking for a long time for a comfortable, cool pillow, that is not too hard, or goes too flat (sound like Goldilocks!) Well, here it is. I had ordered this pillow a week ago in the medium fill. I liked the pillow, but it was a bit too soft for me - I felt it went too flat. So I took a chance and order the firm -- it is perfect! It is not too firm, it does sink down - but just doesn't goo flat. I am so happy with this. My husband has taken my medium fill one and seems to love it - he has always preferred a flatter pillow. These are good quality - I know they are not cheap, but when I add up all the "like new" pillow in my closet - they are a bargain!! Read more

They kept asking me to write a review. I have not been compensated in any way. I bought 2 king pillows, one medium, one firm. The difference in firmness between the two is barely noticeable. The pillows came as described without damage or defects. I bought these solely to be used to prop up my head when reading and to support my body while laying on my side. They work well for propping while reading as they are very lofty and sturdy relative to other pillows, allowing one to use them to support the back and sit fairly upright if desired.. They are less good for supporting knees/shoulder, as they are too filled (too much volume) to be ideal. In my judgment, they are not acceptable for using as a head pillow for sleeping unless you are a side sleeper with a very long neck to shoulder distance that requires this level of fill. If you start experiencing neck pain with one of these under your head you should switch to a flatter or more giving pillow immediately. Read more

The package came in perfect condition. I was surprised to know that this pillow was far more than I expected. I am a small man so I ordered the Queen size standard medium pillow. It is perfect to lay your head down. It's firm yet supportive and very comfortable through the night. To judge if you should get the loft you need a good way is measure the distance from your neck to your shoulder. This will tell you the loft you need for your pillow. I am a side/back sleeper. I always fall asleep on my side but wake up on my back. The pillow is very thick yet soft, perfect for a side sleeper who stays on their side all night. That extra thickness helps the neck stay straight. But my neck hurt when I was on my back because it was at such an awkward angle. I will be buying a feather pillow that is lofty for side sleeping but will also compress enough for when I turn over. Read more
