I received my Air Purifier a little over a week ago, and so far I’m very happy with it. It seems to clean the air in my place well, it’s very easy to operate, and so quiet I can use it in my bedroom without it affecting my sleep. Looking forward to trying the built-in essential oil diffuser, a welcome extra feature. When I mistakenly thought there was a problem with my order, I learned that their customer service is also great, friendly and very helpful. I was pleased to find that they have a direct number to call, an increasing rarity these days, and also respond very quickly to email. This is one of the best Christmas gifts I bought this year. My daughter suffers from migraines caused by allergies and has sensory issues.
