If you drink a lot of water or use a lot of ice, you MUST use the proper filter!
I drink a lot of water, and while the city water in Albuquerque is OK, I prefer to have additional filtering. This filter does not impede the flow and makes my ice cubes and water taste great! A bit expensive if you replace every 6 months, but it's worth it to me to have quality water. Never had an issue with a leak and functions exactly as advertised. Not a single thing to complain about! OEM filter,pricey!
Replaces original filter. Very expensive for a water filter however and seems to be a trend on new refrigerators. I suspect I will replace after warranty with larger on wall filter which last much longer and is cheaper. Read more
