This has been one of the best gifts I got for myself. This espresso machine makes its so easy to use, and the espresso tastes great. its compact, and hardly takes up any countertop space. The item I received was obviously returned before, but not even in it's original packaging! Everything came in loose and packed in a different cardboard packing then it probably originally came in. It is scuffed, and the lid of the water spout is broken, not that I would even begin to try to use this. Read more

I’ve been using this for almost a year now. I am very happy with this machine. I can now make my lattes just like my favorite coffee shop does. The milk steamer wand is a little hard to clean-the milk bakes on there-but that’s not a deal breaker. I am very happy with it. Read more
