The media could not be loaded. After 2.5 months of using, it doesn’t want to work anymore. The slightest pressure will cause it to make a loud noise and not want to rotate. That’s the messager, which I need the most. The body part is crap. The vibration does nothing and the heat is not efficient enough to serve a purpose. I threw away the pads after a week of using it. This product is awesome. I recently had heart surgery and was confined to a chair for a couple of months. My body wasn't getting the circulation needed. Yeah, I did physical therapy and walked but needed more. I read how this massager provides better circulation and it delivered. From my neck to my lower legs. A word of advice would be to use a towel on the neck massager part due to being hard. I agree with the short cord but grabbed an extension cord.....problem solved!! Worth every penny.
