So far, it holds up with washing pretty good & when in use it stays put. Other head wraps either slip or you tie them so tight you get a headache. This one is comfortable & stays in place for your workout. It’s like any other wrap as far as working out and trying not to sweat out your hair. My hair was soaked and wet when I remove the head wrap. I believe my hair would have been dryer (which was the goal) if I didn't wear anything at all. I would not recommend this product for ladies with natural hair attempting to preserve a press/blowout. Read more
It’s comfortable and stays in place due to the tie. The extra material (triangle vs band) does nothing to protect your hair. The smaller head band/tie is better if you’re concerned with your edges. I don’t see the value for the price though. Read more
