UPDATE: I've had these for quite some time now and still love them! I have one pair that recently got a hole on the inner thigh but it's still small and I could easily sew it closed. I forgot to mention in my first review that even at my size, around a 16, someone bigger could easily fit into these. They are super stretchy. I'm actually thinking about ordering more in the smaller size. The only thing is they may become slightly more see through so just be cautions of which panties you wear. I love these so much. The only thing that would make these better is pockets. These are very soft and I love the length. They are a little thin, but I don't mind at all. I received this item in a timely manner. It was packaged in a ziplock style bag and was folded neatly in it. I was very surprised at how hard it really was to find checkered leggings, especially ones that I would need in a hurry. Once I unpackaged the item, I was a bit worried that I was too confident in the size I chose, and that it would be too tight for me to wear, but it fit just right! One of the things that I noticed with this item is that you CAN see undergarments through these, so please do not go about your day without being aware of what you are showing the world when you step out of the house! I wore some biking shorts, so I was in the clear not to bear my skivvies for the world to see! Outside of the fear of these faintly translucent pants, they are incredibly soft! I bravely had my friends feel these soft touch of heaven pants when I wore them, and they were very surprised at the softness, but of course we had to cut that attention short so that it did not create an awkward moment of regret. I am an awkward 5' 8.5" woman, so the length of pants is really something I have to consider when doing an online purchase. These stopped just at the top of my bony little ankles, so a pair of cute little booties hid that conveniently and no one was able to see that I was dressed for a small flood. Order larger than you think you need. I am 5'5" and 135 lbs. I wear a size 6, usually a small/medium. I ordered a L/XL, and they fit. I am pretty sure I couldn't have squeezed into a S/M. These are still pretty snug. I like them a lot. They are warm and you can't see through them. They are form-fitring, though, and leave nothing to the imagination. I'm 5'4", 200lbs, 40 inch waist, 42 inch hips, size 14 jeans, and got these shorts in the L-XL size. I bought these to wear under my work issued hospital scrubs. I needed longer shorts to prevent chub rub on my 12+ hour shifts where I'm walking 10k - 15k steps. These do the job! They're very soft and stretchy, and very high waisted. I personally wouldn't wear them to workout at a public gym as they are pretty thin and do not offer any sort of tummy control or compression. I have thick thighs, 26 inches and the bottom of the shorts do not cut into my thighs uncomfortably. I have worn and washed my shorts at least 20 times by now and they still haven't fallen apart at the seams and my thighs have not rubbed a hole in them. Read more

However, I can’t take the way the dye on these black pants transfers to everything, my skin and even fingernails!!
