A LOT bigger than I thought. It is one of the best priced umbrella for its size and quality. It offers very good sun protection, I find that I sweat less this summer when I use it as a sunblock. I bought the white color for myself and the black color for my dad. It feels very rigid and durable, and the cover itself doesn’t fold very easily under harsh winds, which is good. I ordered this umbrella when i arrived home wet and salty over how other umbrellas werent able to protect me from rain. well.. this is beyoond amazing. its Huge and you can comfortably have 3 people under it WHILE walking! I live ina city with not really major winds but the winds that it faced werent a problem at all. its good looking too. i overall recommend it very much because since it is so big - even in a windy weather it can protect you from the rain, i arrive home Fully dry when other people with smaller umbrellas arrive semi wet. great value for money. This was a gift for an elderly friend that walks daily. He lives on the coast of Maine so weather is a factor to be considered.
