This oregano oil is easy to use thanks to the dropper, and I appreciate that it's vegan and organic. The concentrated formula means I only need a few drops, which makes it last longer. It feels like a good herbal option for immune support. I wish the flavor was a bit milder, but overall, it's a reliable product I include in my wellness routine. Read more

Ok heads up for anyone like me new to oil of oregano. It says to dilute in water so I got about a shot glass size of water and added my drops and down the hatch. The taste/smell is very strong and not really a food-like taste. I’m sure it’s legit pure but it *tastes* like a chemical. My throat was sore a couple hours later. Then I did some research and learned I should be diluting it better and mixing well so the pure oil isn’t hitting and sticking to my throat. I’m ending up putting this into capsules. I don’t doubt its purity/efficacy but was not aware of its very strong taste/smell or how much dilution is needed to avoid side effects. Read more

I’ve been taking the Garden of Life Organics Oil of Oregano capsules (Sea & Garden blend) for about a month, and it’s become a key part of my supplement routine. The capsules are easy to swallow—no gagging on strong oil taste—and they don’t leave any weird after-effect. I usually take one with breakfast, and I’m pleasantly surprised by how calm my stomach feels afterward. I used to get occasional bloating, but that’s almost disappeared since I started these. Beyond digestion, I also feel like my immune defenses are stronger. I didn’t catch the usual post-office or post-travel sniffles that tend to hit me before. And even when I felt a little under the weather, a few days on these seemed to help me bounce back faster. A heads-up: the first couple of doses gave me a light warming feeling in my belly, but it didn’t upset me or make me feel off. After a few days, my body adjusted, and that sensation went away. The capsules are organic, free of fillers, and lean on my stomach—no weird aftertaste or burps, which I like. Overall, this oregano oil blend feels like a gentle but effective wellness boost. I’m sticking with it and keeping a bottle on hand. If you want a natural supplement for digestion and immune support that doesn’t overwhelm your system, this one is a solid pick. Read more

I also appreciate that it's free from dairy, soy, wheat, peanuts, fish, shellfish, added sugars, and artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, or preservatives. I don’t write many reviews but felt like I had to with this purchase because I love it so much. Oil of Oregano has incredible health properties, which you probably know about if you’re looking at this: anti-bacterial, anti-fungal (great for candida), immune-boosting, and more than I’m probably not even aware of. It’s a wonderful supplement, but it can be expensive and hard to find organic. I’ve used organic pills before, but they’re expensive (around 12x more expensive than this product). So I decided to try these and couldn’t stand the burn and awful taste. It’s very pungent, even when cutting the dose in half. But pro tip, you can buy cheap empty pill capsules on Amazon that you can fill with this and never taste a thing. So now I make my own pills that are super easy to swallow, don’t taste like anything, I can now dose it for the exact potency I want, it’s 1/12 the cost, and organic! You really can’t beat it. Another note, as far as I understand it, oil of oregano is really not meant for long-term use. When I use it daily for a week or two, I get hypoglycemic (low blood sugar). Not saying that happens to everyone, but be aware that this is probably for more short-term use unless your doctor says otherwise. Read more
