Complete waste of money
If I could give this air conditioner is zero star I absolutely would. We bought it, it worked for a few weeks and then it started making this loud buzzing noise. There was no water in it, the filters were clean everything was fine, except for the noise. It did blow very cold at the time. So because we couldn't handle the noise anymore we unhooked it, and we put it away cuz we were trying to return it. We could not find a box big enough to return it, so it just sat in the extra room that we have. Fast forward, it started getting too hot so we decided to give it another try because it did blow it just was loud. We had it on for maybe a week, and then it just completely died. The lights would come on, but it would not blow any air and basically just a piece of scrap metal and plastic. This air conditioner is not worth the money I paid for it, I did eventually returned it, but it got lost somehow in transition, and Amazon was able to refund me my money. Don't waste your time on it, you will be disappointed when it dies inevitably. Read more
Not quiet as advertised
This is not quiet. It's just as loud as any other air conditioner. But it works. Very easy to set up. However, after 10 minutes of running, it's making a weird sound. I guess that's what I get for online ordering. Read more
Bad AC Unit
I bought this AC unit in early June. It worked grat for three weeks and then just died. I cleaned up checked everything but apparently from what I am able to see, the main control panel went. I did not buy the insurance. IT is just a piece of metal at this point. I would like my money back for it. Read more
