Let's be real—there is nothing worse than that "inflated balloon" feeling when you're trying to out at dinner or stuck in a long meeting. It’s physically painful and, honestly, just plain embarrassing. I started keeping Gas-X in my bag because I was tired of having to cut nights short just because something I ate didn't sit right. It’s one of the few things that actually works fast. It doesn't make me feel weird or drowsy; it just takes that sharp, pressurized feeling away so I can actually breathe and relax again.
