With so much garbage on amazon these days it's hard to find a good quality product, especially because you can't even trust the ratings anymore. I am a real shopper, and my review benefits no one but you. I wanted a longer shower caddy because I am disabled and need to be able to reach things from a sitting position. This was the best option I could find. When it arrived I was surprised at the quality given where it was made. But this caddy is sturdy, easy to install (just follow the pictures) and it looks great in the shower. I've always had stainless steel caddies in my white shower but I opted for black this time and I really like how sharp it looks! If the company reads this, I would suggest figuring out a way to offer a second extension for those of us that need the caddy even lower than this one. It IS lower than a typical caddy but not low enough to reach the top section while sitting. Since this was not advertised as a product for that situation I didn't feel it'd be fair to take a star off for that. It's a great product! Please consider designing an even longer one for the elderly and disabled who sit on a shower chair and need to be able to safely reach things. Thank you! Read more

We really like this. It stays on the shower head well. The rubber grips at the top really hold on well. It hasn't ever fallen forward like other's I've used. There is plenty of space and hooks for all the shower supplies we keep in there. Hair care products, hooks for washcloths and razors, soap holder, and such. The metal is strong and good quality. We've had it for several months and it has not shown any signs of rust or wear. Really like this one. Read more

Overall it was pretty easy to install but I'm a puzzle person who likes figuring things out. The instructions are on the back of the box with numbered color photos. This is very helpful but there are NO words. Because of the lack of description, I found the photos somewhat out of sequence. I had to go back and forth between some photos to put it together and hang it, especially because I was using the length extension - a great feature for tall bottles and long shower heads with filter attachments. Additionally, and this is the big reason for 4 stars instead of 5, the paper ring around the suction dial is supposed to be removed, for obvious reasons. However, it has no opening to remove it and doesn't easily tear open when pulled. I had numerous tiny pieces of paper to the point where I wouldn't have been able to get it out at all without scissors and tweezers - which I ended up using. There is also super tiny print on the inner part of the paper ring that says it's supposed to be removed. But you can't see it until you remove it - hahaha - not funny. I ended up using barber scissors - the only ones narrow enough to fit in the rack holes and cut the ring. I then had to use tweezers to remove the ring as it still wouldn't come out with just a pull even after cutting. I have small fingers. If you have big fingers, you'll definitely need tweezers. Aside from the minor instruction issue and the annoyance of the paper ring, it seems sturdy and very good quality and I'm happy with it. I do wish the second shelf was a little taller though. Tall bottles can only go in the top shelf. Since I just installed it, I can't say how it will hold up. Wanted to get this instruction info out so people will know. We have high ceilings with a shower head that's high as well. Most shower caddies are too high to reach when hung that high (this was my 4th product try). But this product gets it! First, it came in a plastic amazon mailer, which unpacked easily. The box came out easily, not taped, just tabbed. Then the product came out of the box easily - no tugging, cutting, fighting with, etc. The instructions to assemble are right on the box - in a font large enough to read! I was halfway hooked already. Then I installed it - the curve at the top of the product fit right over the shower rod - it did not have to "circle" the rod (like others) which is problematic because the bar comes out of the wall at a downward angle, not perpendicular. I added the extensions (so simple) and the product works great - things fit and I can reach them! (Thanks for others' reviews about the extensions working.) Please do a brushed nickle version! Needed a shower caddy that hung far down the wall. This caddy meets that need and it holds four normal shampoo/conditioner bottles (no Costco size), soap bar, toothpaste and 2 electric toothbrushes. The sticky pad holds the caddy in place so there is no clanging against the shower. Been using for 6 months with no concerns. Very happy with this purchase! Read more
