My dog is a 14 pound short-haired dachshund/min pin mix. She's always cold and won't wear a shirt except to go outside. She loves to get under blankies and burrow in things. She was having a hard time getting wrapped up into her blankie so I got her this to try. She adores it! She is in it any time she gets a chance. Any time of day. She brings her toys inside it to chew on them in cozy, warm comfort. She will also just lie on top of it. In one of the pictures I attached to this review, she is totally inside of it and you can barely see her lump. It's plenty big for her. I've only washed it once and let it air dry. I read some reviews that said the inside fluff bunches up but that didn't happen when I washed it. Maybe don't dry it in the dryer. There were no washing instructions anywhere I could find on mine. It is fluffy and just right for my girl for our purposes. Read more

My dogs all love burrowing under blankets, so we've been looking for a sleeping bag for our older dog for years, and I finally found this one. This is perfect for her. The first day, after we washed it, we zipped her in, and she spent an alarming number of hours snoring loudly inside it on our couch. Truthfully, I was becoming a little concerned. She did NOT want to move. (Our house is a bit on the cool side, and she loves to be warm.) It is a small sleeping bag, and is about twice as long as it needs to be for my 40lb dog. I like that the lower layer is designed so that it curves out from the rest of the sleeping bag, so she can rest her head on her paws while staying on/in the sleeping bag, and looking out. I really like the simple little velcro flap that hides the zipper pull, making it less likely that she'll chew on it. I also think she'll be comfortable laying on top of it in the warmer months. I wish it came in better, more attractive patterns, but my dog doesn't care about that at all, and overall it's well worth the $21. My dog is so comfy in it. I will be buying another one for my other puppy. Read more
