I have used a Gerbing vest for 10 years and it has kept me on my bike year round. When it was time for something new, I thought I would try their jacket. I love this jacket! It will keep you warm. I bought it so I would not longer have to wear a jacket liner under a jacket. It has retro-reflective piping along the sleeves and across the back, and retro-reflective strips (thicker) on the elbows and across the lower back. It has elastic string on each side to hug your curves. It has plugs for heated gloves on each wrist. However, the neck gets too hot and the jacket feels a little stiff. It's water resistant and won't keep you completely dry in a downpour. Also I find that it bunches up in the chest area, allowing air and rain to get in. The jacket material truly breaks the cold wind when riding on the motorcycle and it heats the core of your body which keeps you toasty! Easy to connect to heated controller. Highly recommended for warmth and wind resistance. Read more
