I love this jacket! It will keep you warm. I bought it so I would not longer have to wear a jacket liner under a jacket. It has retro-reflective piping along the sleeves and across the back, and retro-reflective strips (thicker) on the elbows and across the lower back. It has elastic string on each side to hug your curves. It has plugs for heated gloves on each wrist. However, the neck gets too hot and the jacket feels a little stiff. It's water resistant and won't keep you completely dry in a downpour. Also I find that it bunches up in the chest area, allowing air and rain to get in.
