This vitamin supplement is great! I was having issues with energy levels and feeling sluggish throughout the day. I was looking for a "do all" supplement that was loaded with hard to find vitamins. After the first day I saw a difference immediately and noticed my body responded well to the ingredients. This supplement is so good I do not need to take it everyday because it is jam packed with everything but it is easy to stomach with or without food. The pill size is on the larger side but is not hard to swallow (I do recommend taking with water). Keeps me energized all day!! It doesn’t have an aftertaste, but depending on when you take it you should stay close to a restroom! I recently started taking Geritol Multivitamin Supplement, and so far, I’m really liking it! I got it because I was feeling a bit low on energy and wanted something that could help support my overall health. After a few days, I’ve already noticed a slight boost in energy and mental clarity, nothing dramatic, but definitely a step in the right direction. The tablets are easy enough to take, and I haven’t experienced any stomach upset or weird aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. I also appreciate that it has a good balance of essential vitamins and iron, especially since I was looking for something to help fill nutritional gaps. Ordered twice actually but lost the first one in a move. So trying now. I got this because many of the reviews talk about it helping with iron. I have anemia and so far it has been very difficult to get my iron levels up. This has lower amounts in it. I haven't been tested since taking it to see if it actually makes a difference. But, after a few weeks taking I can say I feel generally better all around. For this I will continue taking. It is cheap but there's not very many in these small bottles so I'd say the price is comparable to other similar supplements per count. The pills are really big and I absolutely hate taking large or really any size but miniscule pills at this time in my life, I used to take handful of vitamins and herbs daily, but No more. However, despite it's size the coating on this pill really Does make a huge difference in it being easy to swallow. I don't know if it's the bad red dye that we should stay away from but I have had no problems with this pill. I think if you're looking for a vitamin with these ingredients, this is good to try. The pill version of this vitamin is not a suitable for Vegans, however the liquid vitamin does not have gelatin. I have felt nauseous but I can’t fully contribute that to taking this (pill version), but I’m not sure if it’s because of the gelatin or if it just upsets my stomach like meat tends to. My energy is so much better than it was (it was so bad I couldn’t get out of bed). My hair is healthier and thicker since adding this vitamin. I read where iron deficiency affects hair growth & when iron levels are depleted it causes your hair to be brittle amongst other factors. I cut bangs, and a month later they were grown out about 2 inches. I cut my hair in a bob and 2-3 days later it had to be cleaned up because it grew out of a clean blunt cut. I have to add that I have been taking hair vitamins for about a year, and that does ok, however my hair seemed to thicken up and now looks much healthier and heavier since the addition of this multivitamin. I plan on switching to the liquid version which I’m sure is gross but as far as the pill version, the taste, tastes like vitamins (no aftertaste) and the smell, well it smells like vitamins lol. I haven’t tested the baby in every bottle part, but seek out other reviews for testimonials lol. Overall I recommend. Read more
