A great affordable source of natural antioxidents
I've used powdered amla for years. I first learned of it years ago when I had a painful cold sore in my mouth. I tried a lot of things to get rid of it; nothing I tried worked but amla, which after just a few days using a mixture with water completely healed the sore. I've always used it in powder form in a glass of water, but recently found these capsules. Amla taken internally helps the body prevent inflammation. It's also known for antioxidant, detox and immune system benefits. I like this brand; the capsules are normal-sized green capsules, easy to swallow. I take 2 with water daily, after a meal. My only issue is a sticker was applied right over the supplement information, I was unable to remove it without ripping the label. I really wish companies would stop doing this, I like to see supplement information at a glance on the package, not have to go back to look at the product photos. But overall this is a great form of amla, and good bang for the buck. Read more
