At first I was very skeptical. I bought this to wear at my grandmother’s funeral. I just wanted to add a little razzle dazzle to my all black outfit. I was pleasantly surprised how cute it looked on me. I was scared it would look more along the lines of a costume but it didn’t. The gloves are super soft and have a stretch(they fit with my long nails). But I chose not to wear this gloves for this event. I used two small bobby pins on each side to hold it in place and it stayed for most of the funeral. Towards the end of the day it did slide up a little but it was a simple readjustment to get it back in place. The mesh isn’t sheer. It’s kind of like that rough net material that’s the only thing. The fascinator is beautiful, but I had to modify it to make it more dimensional since it arrived flat. The hat itself was green, but the gloves were more of a dark green, almost teal color. Luckily, I was able to use both pieces with two different costumes. The products are made well, so the quality is good. I do recommend buying these pieces, just make sure they match. Read more

My items came packed tightly in a very small box. The gloves are perfect but the fascinator was flattened, all the feathers were jagged and bent at weird angles. I was able to fluff the bow out slightly but I don't think there's much I can do to fix the feathers. Read more
