THESE ARE AMAZING. my 10yo that is 5'1" 100lbs fits comfortably in the 14-16 size. she wears xl normally in kids sizes and xs to s in women's. She hasn't experienced any leaks and I think she has a normal medium flow. she has had to change a time or two in the middle of the day to ensure she doesn't leak but that was being proactive. I make sure she keeps a ziplock baggy in her backpack with a clean pair in case she feels she needs to change it in the middle of the day. Now that I think of it I will get her a makeup bag if she needs to change it in case there is any redness that can be seen wether ragular panties vs period panties that got full due to heavy flow. I was looking for a bulk pack of period panties and decided to buy these Mesachy ones because of the good price. This is my honest review of the product. The price is excellent. Full disclosure, I am an adult and I decided to take my chances with these because of how much better pricing is for teen/adolescent panties compared to the adult ones. I am 130lbs and purchased the 14-16 year old size since they are for teens up to 130lbs. They look exactly as pictured, cute designs, quality/durable fabric that holds up well in the wash, colors don't bleed in the wash, and they fit well considering they are meant for teens. They are absorbent enough for my light flow days/nights and I haven't had any leaks, but I probably would opt for pads on my heavy days because of how thin the padding feels compared to my other pairs. My only complaint is that the elastic feels pretty tight around the leg holes which is a common issue that I have with menstrual undies. This could just be because they are for teens and I'm an adult but I have had this issue with adult undies too (I get skin irritation/ingrown hair inflammation in the bikini line if there is excess friction so I'm pretty picky about this).
