The media could not be loaded. I was honestly blown away by how well the Glacier Fresh water filter performed — especially considering it costs a fraction of the price of the Samsung brand filter it replaced. I was skeptical at first, but after using it, I can confidently say the quality is just as good, if not better. Right after installation, I noticed an immediate difference in the flavor of the water — it tastes crisp, clean, and super refreshing. It completely got rid of the slight aftertaste we were used to, and the water is now something we actually enjoy drinking. The fitment was perfect — it snapped right into place like an OEM part with no leaks, no hassle. Plus, the water flows faster than it did with the previous filter, which is a nice bonus. If you have a compatible fridge, this is a must-have reoccurring buy. You’re getting top-tier performance without overpaying for the brand name. I’ll never go back to the overpriced filters again! A two-pack of Samsung Genuine Filters cost approximately $30 each. A three-pack of these cost approximately $9 each. I purchased both the Samsung Genuine Filters and the Glacier Fresh Filters just in case the Glacier Fresh didn’t work out. To my surprise, they came packaged very similarly to the Samsung filters. In other words, high quality packaging and with the same date stickers if you like to stick those on the end of the filter as a reminder about when to replace the filter again or as a reminder about when you installed the filter. The filter is constructed identically to the Samsung filter. It installed the same way and fit snug, no leaks. The true value of these filters will be verified when my refrigerator indicates it’s time to replace the filter. The Samsung filters require replacement about every six months. (With only two adults in the household, that reflects our filtered water usage and has been consistently that for the past few years.) If the refrigerator indicates a shorter replacement window for Glacier Fresh filters, then I’ll know the filter itself is not as viable as the Samsung filters. However, at this price, even if I need to replace them every three months, they’re still a bargain. The only thing I didn’t like about these is that they are molded with a ‘Y’ configuration on the end of the filter instead of the single, straight ‘I’ configuration on the Samsung which makes it more difficult to attach the date sticker to it. Definitely not a deal breaker, just nit-picking. So far, (three weeks in), the filter is working flawlessly. Read more

I bought the GLACIER FRESH DA29-00020B refrigerator water filter (3-pack), and everything has been working perfectly. The filters fit my Samsung French door fridge without any issues, the water tastes clean, and the flow is strong. For the price, it’s definitely worth the money. I’ll be buying these again when it’s time to replace them. Read more
These don't seem to last as long as the original but are so much cheaper they can be replaced much more often! Water tastes great, flow is the same, they even seem like the exact same item in every way except price! Read more

It works fine. I don’t taste or smell any foul odor. It is a lot cheaper and does good job filtering nasty stuff that I can smell and taste in my tap water. Very reasonably priced and great product. Read more
